Like many of you tomorrow, I will be chowing down on turkey and stuffing.
And the one thing I look forward to every year is leftover turkey sandwiches with mayo.

Looking at the markets, we see slower action going into the holiday and I expect the same on Friday.
Even still, we continue to notch new highs for the year in all three major indexes.
Now, the fear gauge known as the CBOE Market Volatility Index (VIX) for the S&P 500 is at 21 and below our key level at 15 — indicating that volatility can rear its head anytime.

Yes, the U.S. market will be closed tomorrow Thanksgiving Day, then open for a half-day on Friday.
In total, there are only a few more days this year where the markets will be closed or have shortened hours for the holidays.
As we watch our positions, it’s always helpful to know ahead of time when these days are coming.
So, you’ll want to mark these dates on your calendar.
