Sell-to-close Surface Oncology, Inc. (SURF) June 18, 2021, $12.50 Call (SURF210618C00012500)

At last glance, these contracts are trading at $0.45 per contract.

If filled at that price, it's a 50% gain from entry at $0.30.

Or if you bought the $10/12.50 call spread, that is trading at 60 cents and would be a 100% gain from entry.
