Why are you charging us? This is either a charge for Stock Alpha Report, Hot Money Trader, or one of our other courses or products.
Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we process a transaction, an invoice is sent to the email address you (or your spouse) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Email support (at) countervest.com.
Can we get a refund? As it turns out, it depends on the service or program that was purchased. Each program or service has a unique refund policy. You can always email support (at) countervest.com to inquire about the refund policy for the program you purchased.
