Coming off the holiday, stocks had a turkey hangover. 

Even though we received a disappointing November jobs number this morning, the Russell 2000 is moving higher.

Bad numbers mean more stimulus, while good numbers mean... more stimulus.

Now, The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX), aka the “fear” index, is still above our key 15 levels, trading at 20.
